COPYRIGHTS / USAGE POLICY
Commissioning me means that you're agreeing to my TOS
1. General Rights & Ownership- As the artist, I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, excluding the commissioner’s original character(s), and reserve the right to use the artwork for portfolio display, self-promotion, and sharing across my website, social media, or other platforms.
- Buying a commission or commercial license does not transfer ownership of the artwork.
- Artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI training, blockchain projects, or anything harmful / exploitative.
- Commissioner may not alter the artwork without my consent & Claim it as the commissioner creation / removing my signature
- Proper credit is required whenever the commissioned artwork is posted on social media or used as a profile picture, banner, or icon.2. Personal / Non-Commercial Use- Artwork without a commercial license is for personal use only.
- The commissioner may post the artwork on personal social media with proper credit.
- The artwork may not be used for monetized content, advertising, publishing, merchandise, resale, or business purposes.
- Copyright remains with the artist.3. Digital Publishing License (+50% of Base x character count)- This license allows the artwork to be used digitally for the commissioned project only (e.g. ebook covers, web novels, online publishing, or project promotion).
- This does not include physical printing, merchandise, resale, or standalone redistribution of the artwork.
- The artwork may be used to help promote or sell the commissioner’s project, but not as a product itself.
- Copyright remains with the artist.
- Please credit me whenever possible.4. Physical Publishing License (+100% of Base x character count)- This license allows the artwork to be used for printed publishing related to the commissioned project (e.g. printed books, covers, dust jackets, and project promotion).
- The artwork may be used to help promote or sell the commissioner’s book/project, but not as merchandise or a standalone product.
- Art prints, posters, apparel, merchandise, collectibles, or other products using the artwork are not allowed unless separately agreed upon.
- Copyright remains with the artist.
- Please credit me whenever possible.5. Additional Commercial Usage- Any usage outside the purchased license must be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
- Additional rights for merchandise, advertising, physical products, or extended commercial use will require an extra license fee.

Commissioning me means that you're agreeing to my TOS
1) Full Payment Upfront (First paid first serve)2) Payment ONLY via Paypal (USD)3) Commissions are for Personal use / non-commercial (unless the commissioner has purchased a commercial license upfront for agreed usage rights)4) Due to PayPal Fees, For Each Commissions I'll have to charge 4,5% Of Your Order + $0.30 as the total price, So that I would receive the actual amount of money for your order5) No refunds after payment has been made, Unless I am unable to continue a commission, then full refund will be compensated6) Duration: 1 month to 3 months+ (depends on complexity and queue) could increase if sudden disruption occurs. customer will be notified if there are possible delays or issues.7) I have rights to accept or decline your commission8) Please DM me on IG for slot availability before placing an order9) Once the brief has been agreed upon, 3 max minor revisions are allowed during sketching stage, No Revisions after that10) I will send WIPs between Sketch → Colored Sketch for review before moving forward. At this stage, you're welcome to ask for minor fixes.11) I will always ask as many questions/references as I can to prevent any misunderstanding or revisions. If you chose not to give clear references before sketching stage. then I will do however I see fits & you can't ask for a major revision where I have to start over the entire sketch (If Insisted then extra fees may be charged)12) WIP will be given during Draft Sketch & Colored Sketch or If I'm unsure about your commissions.13) You are required to send clear and detailed visual references of your Character or Requests in a PDF/Doc and send via email14) The full resolution artwork will be sent via email in PNG format (Inform me if you need PDF)15) If there are any circumstances that might slow down the process Immensely, I will make sure to notice you!
